Consultancy Jobs
Consultancy jobs cover a wide range of business areas within the Financial Services and Commerce & Industry sector, from the most complex derivatives trading areas within an investment bank, to current topical issues such as Basel II, Sarbanes-Oxley and other issues including systems implementations and change management. Consultancy jobs are generally based in an 'in-house' capacity or within one of the consultancy firms, but either option offers newly qualified accountants a great diversity with regard to project exposure.
Potential employers include the 'Big 4' firms, independent consultancies, banks, multi national organisations and systems solution providers. These roles can provide a number of possible technical specialisms including risk, compliance, business process re-engineering, IT implementation and change management, but all tend to offer generous salaries and bonus potential.
